Can this unit display temperature in degrees celsius?

Yes, there is a jumper inside the panel that lets you select degrees F or degrees C.

Is the fan speed initially the RPM manually set or full speed then slow down slowly?

It is manual, it's a great contoller, I had trouble getting the fit right but I have a mini-itx case,  the only issue I've had has been the temp sensors don't read properly and the color has fades from a white to an egg she'll white almost. Not a huge deal but you can tell it's not the same throughout. It does the job though!

Why does it have a sticker that says remove after washing?  What is up with that?   -iMickey503

I don't remember a sticker on mine. I just adjusted the jumpers for color and Fahrenheit, ran my probes and hooked up the fans and that was it. I think the only stickerish thing was maybe the standard plastic film that protects the LCD glass and brushed finish. Also never washed mine...

Can I plug my fan into a molex connector?

You need to be more specific than just "mole X" connector.  If by that you mean the old 4 pin power connector as found on older drives and other peripherals, no, not directly to the controller.  The controller connects with standard 3 or 4 pin fan connectors.  You can buy adapters that allow you to connect the old "molex" type connector to a 3 or 4 pin fan connector

Question 5

Can the controller reach below 25% speeds/ lower than 400 RPM? I am looking to get my PC near silent and I am looking at getting this controller to go lower RPM than say, a 5V connection, or, less than 400 RPM.

Mine can.  It can vary the voltage below what the fan will effectively spin at.  Beware too low and sometimes the fan will stop.  Heat variances will affect this threshold too.  But I can get my fans to near silent no prob.  Speed monitor is handy as well.  I recommend it!

can you use this controller for led lights inside of case only?

The product is a switch fan controller with LCD display and is designed for controlling cooling fans, not LED lights.

How long are the sensor wires?

Hey Chris. I would say they are about 2 feet in length. You could slice them to make an extension but I have a very large Corsair case and they will reach anywhere in the case. It's a very trouble free simple device.
