| How to use? Plug and play? | No, not plug and play. It REQUIRES DRIVER TO WORK which has built-in. All you need to do is install the corresponding system driver (for Windows and MacOS system only), then reboot your device after and start to enjoy. |

| USB-A connector not working? | You need to 1: Check the system of your computer to see if it is Windows 11/10/8/8.1/7, MacOS 10.15 and newer system or not. Any other system or version are not supported. 2: Check did you INSTALLED THE BUILT-IN DRIVER then REBOOT the computer after. 3: Check did you plugged the product directly into the USB port of your computer instead of through any hub/dock/dongle/tower. |
| USB-C connector not working? | Please make sure the output USB-C port supports DP Alt mode (video output function), otherwise will not working! If you're not sure, please tell us the brand and model of your laptop or just send us the picture of the USB-C port you're trying to connect with! |
