Will this support Google Stadia at launch on November 19th, 2019?

Last I heard was that Stadia would be on Android TV sometime in 2020. I don't know of any official word from Nvidia to say if that would include the Shield TV, where it seems possible they could block it to try to keep people in their own competing service.

can i install xfinity stream app on it or Verizon app?

From the Google Play Store/Apple App Store mobile app on phone/tablet or the website on PC, you may be able to cast live channels and on-demand videos to Chromecast Built-In on Shield TV Pro. I know you can with the Spectrum TV mobile app and Website. If you don't know Spectrum is a cable company just like Xfinity.

does this work with alexa?

I don't own Alexa but according to information on the web it does. I can't post a link here, but make a search and you'll find the information.

Do they able to play disc image file store in hardrive?

I understand it may be possible with the KODI app, but I haven't tested since I haven't need to do it. Copy the ISO file to an USB external unit and try playing it from it before copying to the internal HDD of the Shield. ISO is just the container, not a video file. So, you can also rip the video files from the ISO using tools like makemkv.

Does it have UK plug?

The one that comes with the USA version does not comes with any other plug, and is not modular, you need a different transformer.
