Could I use this to clip on to my desktop monitor to use with Cortana in windows 10?

the clip is meant for clothing only as far as i can tell. the clip is not big enough for a monitor nor is the mic sensitive enough to pick up your voice at that distance. The mic is meant to be within a foot or so of your mouth. That all said it is an excellent mic. It doesn't pick up a lot of background noise or your computer speakers (assuming your not cranked all the way up). Hope this helps.
