Are you able to manipulate the laser pointer (IE: make it bigger?)

Nope. No way to change the Lazer size or shape.

Does it work with Macs?

Yes it does. I just went to our Mac and checked it out. It also works on PCs. It is a great little tool and definitely worth it.

Does it work on Smart TVs or just projection screens?

The Logitech R400 2.4 GHz Wireless Presenter does not work on LED TVs.

Does this product work with Lync Presentations and Webex presentations?

I honestly do not know. I use it with OpenOffice Presentation or PowerPoint (both Windows 7). Works beautifully with those.
