IMPORTANT ATTENTIONS :
1. The materials ready for grinding must be dry.Wet materials should be dried first.Oily raw materials will stick to the the crushing bin,not recommended.
2. Recommend grinding capacity one time:the material you gonna to grind one time must cover the long blade in the middle and no more than 2/3 of the tank.
3. Recommend use time: no more than 3 minutes. It takes 5-10 minutes to rest after every 3 minutes of work.
4. Please do not turn on the machine when the top cover is open.
5. Please change the barbon brush and blade afer long time use.
6. Please check the screws of the blade.
7. CANNOT be cleaned with water directly. You can clean up the remaining powder inside the jar with a cleaning brush and then wipe the inside of jar with a dry cloth.
8. To remove the blades, Use a screwdriver to hold down the middle screw, and Drive the wrench or sleeve counter-clockwise to loosen the locknut on the blade
9. Sometimes the grinder machine is not working,such as bad smell or smoke. Please don't worry and cut off the power. Check whether the CARBON BRUSHES are loosing ans Please Tighten the carbon brushes on both sides or Reducing the amount of grinding powder then try to start the grinder.
10. The working principle is to crush the material into powder by the high speed rotation of the blades. The whole process takes place in an enclosed grinding chamber, which generates heat and causes the machine to heat up. Therefore, it is normal for the grinder to be slightly heated.
11. When it starts up, please shut off the power supply immediately if the blade is stuck by the smashing materials and the motor does not run (buzzing noise occurs) to avoid burning the motor, and then remove the blocks, check the fuse and restart the machine.
3-Layer Blade
Three kinds of stainless steel blades: powder blade(impact crush), rotary blade(cycle grinding), dust removal blade(clean the bottom). The fineness of grinding from 30 mesh to 300 mesh
Lid buckle design
Gently lock, firmly locked. Fasten the buckle during grinding to prevent powder spillage
Upgraded Air Overload Protection
When overloaded(heating, overdose) the machine automatically stops, solves the problem and can be restarted simply by pressing the safety switch.
Timing switch
You can adjust time within 0~5 min, when time is up, the machine will stop automatically, no need to wait all the time, save time and effort
Operations Guide:
- 1. Please check if the blade is loose before use
- 2. Open the upper cover and put the material inside,(The smashing material should keep dry, no moisture and grease)
- 3. Close the upper cover tightly,(Please make sure the materials you gonna to grind cover the long blade and no more than 2/3 of the jar)
- 4. Plug in and turn on the timer switch, then turn on the switch for grinding (Do not continuously operate the machine, and it takes 5-10 minutes to rest after every 3 minutes of grinding work.)
- 5. Turn off the switch, (When you hear the sound rolling evenly, the material has been grinded into powder, then you can turn off the switch)
- 6. Disconnect power supply before opening;
- 7. Open the upper cover and brush the powder out.(Do not clean the machine with water, you can clean the machine by cloth or brush.)
