Q1: Coffee not hot enough?
A: In cold environments, temperature may feel lower. Run 1–2 water-only cycles to preheat the system and warm your cup before brewing. This helps ensure a hotter final cup.
Q2: Machine is on but no coffee comes out?
A: Check that the water tank is filled and the capsule or filter is properly inserted. If needed, press and hold Size + Bold to run hot water and prime the system, then try brewing again.
Q3: All lights flashing and machine stops?
A: This usually indicates protection mode caused by severe scale buildup restricting water flow. Let the machine cool down, then run a full descaling cycle. Heavy buildup may require a high-concentration descaling solution.
Q4: SIZE light flashing on first use?
A: The internal pump may need priming. After turn the machine on, press and hold the Power button to activate the pump. After water begins flowing normally, start a regular brew.
Q5: Weak flow or lots of steam?
A: Gradual flow reduction may indicate scale buildup. Sudden changes may be caused by a blocked or damaged capsule. Regular cleaning and descaling help maintain stable performance.
