If I set temperature to 60 C (140 F), and fill tap water into it, will it first boil the water to 100 C and then auto cool to 60 C or just heat the water to 60 C can keep it warm?

From my experience using this, it heats the water to the temperature you set it to. I have not noticed it going up to boil and then cooling down. It also beeps when its ready.
