Our newest high-tech plant milk maker is equipped with the patented PGF (Precision Grinding Funnel. The PGF is designed to pull the solid ingredients and particles from the bottom of the pot directly towards the blades for finer grinding. This efficient grinding mechanism dramatically reduces the energy that a traditional blender would lose to liquid splashing and noise generation. The PGF allows for super-fine grinding, which better extracts nutrients from for the most nutritious and flavorful plant milks. The _Mega Brand G5 is equipped with temperature sensor, water level sensor, and boil-over sensor to precisely and optimally control the heating process. It measures the starting temperature of the ingredients and calculates the power to heat up to an optimal temperature before starting grinding. They _Mega Brand G5 then reduces the heat to avoid burning at the bottom and boiling-over. Soymilk makers without temperature sensors will simply heat the contents to boiling and then blend in just two steps. Our optimal process has over NUMBER of carefully designed steps to follow the ideal process of making top quality soymilk. The _Mega Brand G5 has a dedicated Soaked Beans function for making the best and most nutritious soymilk. When soybeans are soaked, they absorb water and change at a cellular level, allowing for better nutrient extraction and easier grinding. However, using a Dry Beans function on soaked beans will unnecessarily overcook the beans before grinding, which leads to a more yellowish, soupy product. To avoid this, our separate Soaked Beans process grinds the beans before they are fully cooked, which produces the ideal creamy white soymilk, as traditional recipes do.
