1. Put the frother head on the cover of the milk. Then using Low Speed Level for 10 seconds or until the milk's volume increase by 1.5 times.
2. DO NOT extend the frothing time or using high speed as it will create too many bubbles, which makes it easy to collapse.
3. Now immerse the frother head into the milk, and then using High Speed for 30 seconds or until there is not any bubbles on the surface of the milk.
Tips: Using Low Speed to kills bubbles and then use High Speed to cut the large milk foam into fine and dense micro foam, that is Creamy and Velvet.
