Item Description says this is a 5 tray dehydrator. Exactly how many trays are included and what type of tray?

The dehydrator has 5 trays with up to 1/8 inch openings in the tray. Also comes with three tray inserts two with smaller openings and another that is solid but will fit in the other trays (maybe for making fruit leather?) I've had the dehydrator for 2 years know and love it. Make jerky every other month or so for two days at a time since I purchased it and it hasn't let me down yet!
