Does this have an internal light?

It has the brightest internal light you can imagine and often on while cooking. This is because one of the two infrared heaters actually doubles as a light and thus often on while cooking. There is a button dedicated for turning the light on for the times when the oven has reached temperature and shut the infrared heater/light off. It stay on for a few seconds with each push. Two things of note in the instructions: 1)The light/heater is so bright you are not supposed to stare straight at it. This isn't a worry as you have to try really hard to get an angle to stare right at it. 2) If the light is off you aren't supposed to keep turning it on over and over and over as it will raise the cooking temp. Again not a problem just thought I'd mention it. A great toaster over all around. Cooks great, so glad I bought it! Good Luck!

I am looking to replace my microwave with an infrared oven. Any thoughts on how this compares, especially how fast is this when warming up food?

I would say that the two are completely different options.  This is still cooking by heat (rather than mixing up molecules that microwaving does).  The time savings from the infrared heating purely saves the warm up times that a "regular" oven requires.  That being said this is a very good option.  I'm very pleased with my toaster oven.

Question 3

The problem I have the light on oven does not stays on when I use the toaster or others?

It goes on and off as the temperature changes. Instead of cooking food at an even temp, it cooks in 'spurts' - the light will be on during those 'spurts' and off when it is at a lower temp or resting in between higher temps.
