Yes! The vintage-style lever is designed to crack the ice free with minimal effort. Simply lift the lever handle upward to break the cubes loose — no twisting or banging required. Run the bottom under warm water for a few seconds if needed.
Does it make large cubes or standard size?
Each tray makes large, classic cubes approximately 1.1–1.25 inches per side — ideal for cocktails, whiskey, iced coffee, or soft drinks that need slow-melting cubes for less dilution.
Is it dishwasher safe? What’s the best way to clean it?
It’s dishwasher safe, but for best longevity we recommend handwashing and drying thoroughly to prevent water spots. A quick wipe keeps the stainless steel looking pristine for years to come.
