How did we get our start?
Our owner established TEMO in 1999 with a consumer-oriented approach. That approach continues today with the help of a small, dedicated team in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Types of Twist Drill Bits
Jobber Drill Bits
Jobber length drill bits are suitable for many common uses. The longer overall bit and flute length allows them to drill holes sufficiently deep in a variety of different materials.
Stubby Drill Bits
Stubby drill bits (also known as Screw Machine bits) are shorter than jobber length bits, providing a better working experience in tight spaces. The rigidness helps keep a straight hole through harder metals.
Masonry & Hammer Bits
Masonry drill bits are used for drilling into masonry such as brick and concrete. When used with a hammer drill, the bit drives/hammers into the material while the rotation removes debris.
Annular Cutters
Annular cutter bits are specialized for drilling through metal. The hollow design of the bit means it only cuts the outer edge of a hole. Our annular cutter bits fit all standard drill presses.

135 Degree Split Point
The 135 degree head allows for drilling into hard materials and reduces bit walking during use. Drilling repeated holes into tough matieral is made easier.
For Hard Metal
Suitable for cutting through various hard metals such as stainless steel, sheet metal, and cast iron. Also suitable for softer matieral like wood, plastic, and other soft metals.
