How to Install the Foam Cannon
Step 1. Fill some soap into the bottle with warm water. The foam cannon's bottle is graduated and can hold 1000 ml.
Step 2. Connect 1/4" quick connection plug to pressure washer gun or wand.
Step 3. Adjust the knob to desired foam level and then it disperses thick foam.
How to Solve the No-Foam Problem
How to Solve the Clogging Issue
1. Firstly, check if it's a clogging issue or a problem with the foam maker. Alternatively, remove the container and suction tube, start the machine, and test with your finger whether the suction inlet has any suction force.
2. If there is no suction force, it indicates a clogging - clear the suction inlet with a fine needle. If you have an air gun, you can also blow it through.
3. If there is suction force, try to replace the foam maker to resolve it.
How to Replace the Orifice Nozzle
1. Unscrew the 1/4" quick connect plug.
2. Unscrew the orifice nozzle with a slot screwdriver.
3. Install the new orifice nozzle.
4. Screw on the 1/4" quick connect plug.
How to Replace the Foam Maker
1. Take the inner core out of the plastic coat.
2. Pull out the plastic coat and uncrew the metal part.
3. Take out the foam maker and install the new one.
4. Install the plastic coat and inner core.
