FORGING
Our manufacturing begins by heating raw steel to over 1,000°C and shaping it between precision dies using powerful forging impact.
This forging process not only creates the desired form, but also aligns the metal’s grain flow, resulting in exceptional hardness and strength.
HEAT TREATMENT
After forging and machining, each tool undergoes a carefully controlled heat treatment process.
Through precise heating and cooling, the steel’s properties are enhanced, improving strength, hardness, toughness, elasticity, and wear resistance.
Our pliers are heat-treated under strict temperature control, with additional induction hardening applied to the cutting edges to achieve the ideal balance of durability and performance in every part of the tool.
SHARPENING
Once heat treatment is complete, the pliers are polished, assembled, and prepared for sharpening — the most critical step in determining cutting performance.
Each tool is sharpened individually by skilled craftsmen. Any slight deformation from the heat treatment process is carefully adjusted, ensuring optimal edge thickness and cutting angle for clean, precise performance in every application.
