Question 1

Is this bracket useful if I use the SRP2 pedals without a racing rig?

Accepted Answer

It may suit a floor-based setup without a rig if the pedals can sit against a wall. Community discussions also mention securing pedals to a board as an alternative, so the bracket is not the only way to stabilize a floor setup.

Question 2

Do I need the bracket if my pedals are already secured to a stand or board?

Accepted Answer

Probably not if your current mounting keeps the pedals stable. The bracket is intended as added rear support for floor use; users also discuss mounting pedals to a board or stand as other ways to address movement.

Question 3

Will the SRP2 Rear Support Bracket help stop pedals sliding on the floor during hard braking?

Accepted Answer

It is designed to brace the rear of SRP2 pedals against a wall, helping keep them from sliding during use. It is most relevant if your pedals sit loose on the floor and you have a wall behind them.

Question 4

Is it difficult to install, and are the tools included?

Accepted Answer

The bracket is described as quick to install and includes mounting bolts and a wrench. Its lateral adjustment helps match the spacing of the pedals.

Question 5

Does the rear support bracket need to press against a wall?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The bracket is designed to brace the rear of the pedals against a wall. Without a suitable wall behind the pedals, it may not provide the intended support.

Question 6

What does the MOZA SRP2 Rear Support Bracket do?

Accepted Answer

It braces the rear of SRP2 pedals against a wall to help stop them sliding forward during use. It is intended for floor-based setups, not as a pedal mounting kit for a cockpit.

Question 7

Do I need this bracket if my SRP2 pedals sit on the floor?

Accepted Answer

It may be useful if your floor-mounted pedals shift during braking and you have a wall behind them to brace against. If the pedals are already secured to a cockpit or stand, the bracket is generally unnecessary.

Question 8

Do I need the MOZA SRP2 Rear Support Bracket if I use my SRP2 pedals on the floor?

Accepted Answer

Choose the bracket if you use SRP2 pedals on the floor and want added support against a wall during hard braking. The pedals have anti-slip pads, so the bracket is optional; it adds a rear brace for floor setups. Question 9

Does the MOZA SRP2 Rear Support Bracket fit the older MOZA SR-P pedals?

Accepted Answer

MOZA describes this bracket as an SRP2 accessory, and the available official information does not confirm compatibility with the older SR-P pedals. If you have SR-P pedals, verify compatibility with MOZA before buying rather than assuming the bracket will fit. Question 10

Should I buy the bracket or mount my SRP2 pedals to a cockpit or wheel stand?

Accepted Answer

Choose the bracket for a floor-based setup where the rear of the pedals can brace against a wall. If you already mount the pedals securely to a cockpit or wheel stand, the bracket is generally unnecessary; it is designed to add stability for floor use.
