The Thrustmaster T300RS works great with a pc. Feels the most realistic of any steering wheel i've used. Pleas note it does not come with the steering wheel.

It features a 1080 degree force-feedback base with a brushless motor for smooth, seamless, and realistic feedback while you're on the road.
