Instructions are in your receipt email. You go to AMD's rewards web site, create an account, put in the code and install a hardware verifier that will verify you have eligible hardware in your PC.  Not sure where it goes from there, the other game I got this with isn't out yet, but I'm supposed to get a license for it as soon as the game is released.

But you need to install the GPU, run the AMD product scan tool before you can claim the actual key. Its locked behind a AMD GPU hardware scan before you can claim. I have to wait to claim mine until I install the GPU

This is a steam game and steam has been making many games operable on Linux through your browser. So, I would suspect it will work with your PC.
