It does not have a web cam, it does have microphone in it. It's made strictly for gaming.

Is this the silver version? someone already asked about the color but I don't see an answer.

The silver and glacier blue are the same. It looks like the pic, but is silvery with a very slight blue.

Is the 512 PCIe upgradeable?

Yes, easily. Mine came with an Intel 660P, which you could replace, but there's an entire empty slot for another M2 drive. I put a faster 1tb drive in there for data.

It has a free m.2 slot ( for a total of two). It does not have a 2.5" drive bay.

Yes it can, that is the USB type C spec with Power Delivery, but don't buy this, its vastly overpriced and only certain parts are metal chassis, it doesn't even have Thunderbolt support nor does it have a mini Display port out, so if you want to join the VR scene you can't as modern HMDs are displayport spec, and that leads to the last issue which is the GPU a 1660Ti has no business in this price range its reserved for those 1000$ budget laptops and it is confusing they would bother putting a 240htz LCD when in reality you will never reach it without turning down a lot of setings, 
Honestly look around you will find 2060 laptops in the same range like the G14 from Asus.

Depends on how much you pay for the ram. It only comes with 16gb, but has a free slot so you can get a 16gb ram
