- 34 OZ GLASS JAR + STEADY ELECTRIC CHURNING The clear glass jar lets you follow every stage while the brushless motor and stainless steel paddle maintain steady mixing. Leave enough headspace for proper circulation and do not fill the jar above the verified 3/4 maximum level.
- KNOW WHEN THE BUTTER IS READY Cream first thickens into whipped cream, then breaks into yellow butter granules and liquid buttermilk. Stop once separation is clear, strain the buttermilk, rinse the butter with very cold water, and gently press out the remaining liquid for a cleaner flavor and firmer texture. Add salt after rinsing, if desired.
