Is there a volume button on this phone?

Yes with the phone turned on use the directional pad up button to increase volume and down arrow or button to decrease the volume.

Can credit card numbers for example be stored in the telephone directory? Also when the phone is turned off or unplugged from the wall or computer does the date and time have to be reset when the phone is turned back on?

I'm not sure about storing the credit card numbers but the date and time will continue to display until the handset dies. I have never had to reset my date and time.

Does anyone have a problem with the phone jumping ahead two hours after setting the time? If so, how did you resolve the problem?
