Does this have Call Block? and if so how many calls will it block.

As far as I know Call Block is something that is controlled by your carrier, in my case Verizon Fios. By going online to their website I can block specific callers, anonymous callers, and a variety of other services, like having Caller ID show up on your TV screen, cool and a little creepy. That's about all I know, hope it's helpful. I do like the phone BTW.

Do these phones take AAA rechargeable batters?  I'm talking about the KX-TGE 245B

Yes, these phones take standard Ni-MH nickel metal hydride AAA batteries which are readily available at a lot of places, I have had my phones for more than a year and have not had to replace any of the batteries in any of the five handsets that I have.

Yes, once the second handset is activated, they will both switch into "Conference mode" so a second handset can also be used on the same call.
