Printed watermarks on back can be seen when held up to a light source. Coin-reactive ink on back side changes color when scratched with a coin. Microtext borders contain the DocuGard product name and are difficult to copy. The erasure-resistant background, chemical-reactive paper and Toner Grip coating on both sides of the paper prevent erasure. Heat-sensitive thermochromatic ink with Rx symbol disappears when subject to touch or heat from a copier. Invisible fibers embedded in the paper are visible under a black light. Security Listing on the sheet also prevents counterfeiting. Paper exceeds federal guidelines set by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to reduce the risk of fraud.
