What is the write speed... I need a fast chip to work with my DSLR Nikon camera?

I don't know the actual speed. But I am using on my Sony HDR-CX550V 64GB High Definition Handycam Camcorder for recording 1080P videos and did not have any problem so far. I am using it for the last one year.

Why I insert the card to my casio exilim digital camera, it show card error?

Try formatting the card. If you can format it on camera that would be best. Otherwise format it on your computer and then try it in the camera again.
Note that all data on the card will be deleted when you format it.

Does this work in PSP 3001?

Per the PSP Wiki, No it will not work.  The PSP requires a Memory Stick Pro DUO while this is a SDHC.

Can I use this card in a Canon EOS Rebel t2i to shoot videos?

I use it in a Sony A65 when shooting videos and it works just fine there. I have no experience with the Canon though.

Specifications list that the Canon 5D Mark II supports up to SDXC so the smaller SDHC should work fine.
