Yes, our $9.99 monthly subscription covers GPS and activity tracking, and connects you to mobile networks across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Wi-Fi isn't included as it's not required to use your Tracker, you'll just need adequate cellular coverage.
If I have multiple GPS Trackers for my dogs, will I need to purchase a subscription for each?
Yes, each GPS Tracker for your dog will need its own subscription, which can be purchased during the activation process in the Petivity Dog Tracker app.
What accessories come with the Smart GPS Tracker for Dogs
With your Tracker, you'll receive a charging base, charging cable, and two (2) VELCRO® Brand Straps: one standard length at 4.33 inches and one extended length at 5.12 inches for wider collars.
How durable is the Smart GPS Tracker for Dogs?
Our Smart GPS Tracker is safe, durable, waterproof, and weather-resistant for all conditions. While tough, it's not completely chew-proof, so supervision is recommended, and keep it out of reach when off the collar or charging to prevent damage.
Can I use the Smart GPS Tracker for Dogs outside of the USA?
While the Petivity Dog Tracker app is only available in the US app stores, if the Tracker is purchased in the US and the app is downloaded, then the Tracker may be used without issue in other countries.
