The collar is safe for all dogs that weigh from 10-140 lbs when used according to the user manual. As an additional safety precaution, there is an auto-off feature that times the device out after 10 seconds, even if the button is pressed afterwards.
What is the coverage on the P620 collar?
The P620 comes with a one-year coverage that is valid even after the 30-day return window on closes.
