How do you feel about the weight of this case? Is it too heavy?

Hello, This case is well thought out and there is a lot I like about the case however with that being said it is ginormous! If you need a place to live you can move right in.  Along with this huge size and since it is made out of steel it is very heavy.  Before buying one make sure that you need all this space for your build, if you decide to buy one and anticipate the need to move i around you could mount some casters to the bottom of the case.  After mine was delivered I thought I was going to need a fork lift to get the box into the house and in hind sight I regret buying it because it is simply too big at least for me.  I have not completed my build using this case, part of the reason is that I am a retired aircraft structures technician and I am designing my own custom case and I am building it out of some aircraft aluminum that I have out in my shop.  I was going to build a water cooled full ATX mother board using the MSI X Power Z97 mother board but instead have built a system using this MB in a Corsair Air 540 case I also had here.  My water cooled system will instead be a small form factor build using an MSI Z170I Gaming Pro AC mini itx mother board along with a EVGA GeForce 1080 GPU in my custom case.

Hello,
I received my Enthoo Primo case on 04/28/2016 and unfortunately I discovered when building my new PC that all of the attachment pins on the right hand of the front panel were broken.  Has anyone here had any customer service related issues with Phanteks? if so how quick do they respond to support requests?  Or should I just RMA the case back for either a replacement or a refund?

I had no problems with my build, and the parts were what I expected, but I did an over extensive amount of research so I knew what I was getting. The only draw back I have found is that the quick releases are a bit hard to get to push to release. Other than that, I am thoroughly impressed by this case.
