will 360 AIO fit?

Depends on the thickness and what other parts you have in there, but there's plenty of clearance for a thick radiator both on top and on the front. Both the front and top can hold up to a 420 radiator (3x140mm fans) or any smaller set up.

Is their a front slot for a dvd drive?

There is not. The Fractal Design Define R6 is in a similar category as the P600s and does have a single 5 1/4 bay behind the front panel.

What type of power connectors do the fans have?

It came with 3 fans that have 3 pin connectors, it also has a built in fan hub that supports both 3 and 4 pin connectors.

What size PSU will fit inside the PSU shroud in this case?

It will fit a power supply of any length as long as the power supply is standard width and height.  The only issue you with have with a longer depth PSU is that you will be unable to put the hard drive bay in the slots nearest it.  There are however multiple ways to configure the bay so as long as you only have one you can just move it over.  If you have a long power supply and a thick front mount radiator, however, you will have issues with things being tight.  My front rad is a 420 in push/pull and the hard drive bay fits next to it, and my power supply is pretty tight.  I currently have a Corsair HX 1000, If I had a power supply any longer I'd have to remove the hard drive bay altogether, or get a smaller front radiator.

Will a 140mm fan fit below a 280 aio in the front?

The inlet screen in the front is only 120 mm wide.  So anything bigger than a 120 mm fan is superfluous.     The entire case outside dimension is 240 mm so I have no idea how you would fit a 240 mm fan inside.  The front rectangular panel is removable to expose a screen.  The screen is flanked by solid plastic panels so anything larger than 120 mm is going to overlap those solid panels and that portion will pull no air.

Has anyone gotten a good gpu riser cable to use with this case?

I used the riser cable that Phanteks sells I had one bad riser cable so I contacted their customer support and they sent me a new one right away. I didn’t even have to send the bad one back. The new one worked perfectly. Hope this helps!

Can this fit a ROG Dominus board? EEB spec.

I do not believe so. It only officially supports EATX up to 280mm wide. Based on what I can see about that board, it wouldn't work, but not physically having both pieces doesn't guarantee me certainty.

Will a SSI-CEB motherboard fit? I have a Supermicro X9DR3-LN4F and it's 13 3/4" tall by 13 1/4 wide, and it is taller by about an inch and a half above the IO shield.

It depends.  I think you would not have a problem for and aft.  Top to bottom is 14".  I have a radiator on mine that might inhibit the top end, depending on how far the Mobo sits off the stands.  Without the radiator I believe it would work.  Otherwise I am truly impressed by this case, as reviewed in Maximum PC.

Will this case fit a SSI-CEB motherboard? I have a Supermicro X9DR3-LN4F and it is 13 3/4" tall by 13 1/4" wide (Extra inch and a half taller than normal EATX)

The included user manual for the Phanteks Eclipse P600s states that the maximum clearance for an E-ATX motherboard's width is "11.1 in. (280mm).

What is the model number of the Phanteks fans that are included?

I believe they are the PH-F140MP_BBK fans. I reached that conclusion by finding a fan that looks the same & share the same specifications, seeing how Phanteks has the foresight to design fans that look different enough from each other to be able to identify which fan you might have. Which is a good thing, because the little sticker that's in the center hub on the back of the fan does not have a model number on it. It also lacks the rubber corners on the fan fra They are very good fans that are quiet yet still manage to move a lot of air. They aren't PWM, just standard 3-pin connection, but with the Fan Hub integrated into the case it doesn't really factor in too much. 
Specs can be found on the Phanteks website, just remove the _BBK & search PH-F140MP. Word of advice, though: If using the Fan Hub in the case, do make sure that you have at least ONE fan that's 4-pin PWM to set the speed for the other fans.
