It comes with 4 fans- I got 3 extra just because I wanted the rgb and I prefer odd number. It will work just fine as it is, but the default airflow is 3 in and 1 out- just buying one more M25-140 (included model) fan and putting it as top exhaust will balance your airflow more and still keep positive pressure inside the case.
