I was wondering if this fan has enough clearance for this memory, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231468. And also if it's compatible with Socket FM2+?

This CPU cooler leaves lots of room for ram, the lowest ram I've seen and used is Mushkin Stealth which this cooler will clear. I'm running Crucial Ballistix now and the cooler clears them as well even with the higher ridges and lights but this will depend on your motherboard as well.

This cooler is freaking phenomenal, it's quiet and keeps everything very cool. It's whisper quiet actually and great looking to boot.

Question 2

Will there be enough clearance for 4 sticks of low profile RAM? I'm thinking about either the Kingston HyperX Fury or the Corsair LPX as they are both low profile.

I have this cooler over 4 sticks of standard profile Crucial Balistics ram currently, there should be no clearance issues with low profile ram.

does this cpu cooler come with the amd stock plate or have to get it separate ?

On the website it says this fits LGA 1150, however in the manual it does not mention this socket as being compatible. How did others get this to work?

No worries, I just finished my LGA 1150 Haswell build with this CPU heatsink w/o any problem. You can buy it. And it fits perfectly in a Corsair 350D case.
