Anyone know if this will fit in a InWin GT1 case?

Inwin says it has 160mm of clearance for the HSF. If you are very clever about mounting the fans it may be possible to squeeze this in but it will be tight. The sink itself is 160mm. On my very snug install the fans add about 5mm to that. Memory clearance is also a limiting factor with this very large HSF. In my install I had to install the fans in a suction rather than pressure manner. One in the middle and one between the HSF and the back of the case. Still the cooling performance in this instance is excellent.

This thing is huge.  As long as you are using a full size or server pc case you will be fine.   Anything smaller will be an issue.   Also,  I would put in your ram sticks before mounting because it does get in the way.

Will this fit the Phanteks Evolv Mini ITX case? Someone had mentioned that they fit a Noctua  NH-D14 cooler...so..

In stock configuration (only the two fans that come with it) this should fit. I added a third fan and it still fits in the Raijintek Styx which is even more compact than the Evolv Mini ITX. Fair warning it will be a pain to get it in there, but this CPU cooler does a great job and looks awesome. You may also be able to add a third fan but it might be difficult to install, also on mini ITX board you might have ram clearance issues with the bracket that holds the cooler on. Also anything other than low profile ram (standard height memory modules) is pretty much out of the question.

Question 5

I have a Maximus VI Hero with Corsair Vengeance Pro ram, will I have any issues with this cooler? As for case I have a Cooler Master Storm Stryker and with it's punched out side panel I'm sure it'll fit in there nicely.

Yes, I believe you will have an issue with the height of the ram. Unless the ram specifically says LP or Low Profile, then this cooler will hit it for sure. Mine covered the first 2 slots on my maxius gene.

Question 6

My MB only has one hookup for the cpu fan. MB is a Asus M4A87TD/USB3. Is there an adapter or something so both fans have power?

Yes, it comes with an adapter, but either my asus rog maximus hero vi didn't work with it or the adapter was defective.

Question 7

The cooler includes "PH-NDC  thermal compound." How does  this thermal paste rate compared to commercial brands such as MX-4 or Arctic Silver 5?

It actually rates very very well there was a test of a whole bunch of different pastes back around the time I bought this and it rated among the best. It was certainly the best or second best of the included pastes and better than most of the aftermarket brands as well. The biggest issue with this cooler is it's size. Memory clearance is tight on some motherboards

Will this fit in a Cougar Challenger case?

It dependes on the motherboard.  My case it fit in and its a corsair graphite series. But the ram is where I hit an issue. I needed to take off tge heat sinks on em to get it to fit

Can this be installed with G.Skill Ripjaw Series RAM?

Yes, this cooler if very compact and doesn't even hang over the ram if oriented long ways with the board.
