Will this CPU cooler fit with 4 slots of corsair dominator platniums ?

It should be ok as long as you use just the one fan on top. Just to be safe, search for some reviews for this cooler, as they will show some pics of it mounted on a motherboard. This is a pretty good cooler, however, keep in mind that this type of cooler is focused on the socket and surrounding area, where the tower coolers are focused on the chip itself. I understand that in the specs it says it will fit on an LGA 1150 socket but I also know that it's an older cooler. Will it actually work with an LGA 1150 socket?

Yes sir, it sure will. I got it fitting on my i7 4770k with a asus z87 gene no problem. Basically anything 1155 cooler fittings work with 1150 socket.
