I turn on the product but there are crosstalking and cutoffs, what should I do?
Please try to tap the CH button on the transmitters to switch to other frequencies and give it another try. If this still does not work, change the location to determine if the interference comes from the operating environment.
Do I need any other equipment to make the system work?
Yes, you will need an active speaker to make it work. This wireless system can only transmit your sound wirelessly, and you will need to connect this system to an amplifier/active speaker to amplify and output the sound.
What if I receive a defective product?

I cannot charge my receiver. What should I do?
Please try another charging cable. It is possible that the included cable is defective. If the issue still persists, please reach out to us for a replacement.
How many bodypack transmitters can one receiver connect to simultaneously?
Each receiver can only connect and use up to two bodypack transmitters simultaneously

How to select a frequency?
Tap the CH button on the transmitter to select a desired frequency.

How to hook up the whole system for home karaoke?
1?Plug the receiver into the audio mixer.
2?Use the RCA male to RCA male cable (NOT INCLUDED) to connect the output jack of the TV and the input jack of the audio mixer.
3?Use XLR/6.35mm cables (NOT INCLUDED) to connect the output jack of the TV and the input jack of the audio mixer.
Sync with a New Mic
How to pair up a new transmitter?
1?Make sure the receiver and the transmitter are off.
2?Long press the power button and CH button of the new transmitter together for 4 seconds, and then the screen shows "CH00".
3?Turn on the receiver and the RF indicator flashes slowly.
4?Wait for 2 seconds and then tap the CH button. If the RF indicator stays on, the transmitter is successfully synced.
Switch the channel
How to switch the channel of a new transmitter?
1?Long press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the transmitter.
2?Simultaneously long-press the power button and CH button together for 5 seconds to switch CHA to CHB or vice versa (The screen would show "U272" or "U291" before the channel is switched).
3?After the channel switch process, you have to pair up the transmitter with the receiver for operation.
