Pros: - When working, this laptop was quick, sleek, and what I was looking for in a notebook product.
Cons: - Not a fan of how the keyboard feels. Arrow keys are also quite tiny and could have been made larger. - MAJOR CON: (read below in 'Overall Review')
Overall Review: Unfortunately, I probably got a lemon. This laptop works great until placed in sleep mode. After this, it becomes unresponsive after (about) 10 minutes in sleep, requiring a forced shutdown each time. Event viewer showed critical system events which occurred during point of failure. This issue makes the laptop unusable, as a forced shutdown every 10 minutes means work data will eventually be lost. I had high hopes and was left greatly disappointed by this problem. (ASUS tech support was contacted and they were unable to find a solution, eventually suggesting I send the laptop to be reviewed by their techs.)
