WHAT IS THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE DIAMETER? IF YOU HAVE A COMPATABILITY LIST, DO THEY FIT ALTEC LANSING. I DONT SEE A MODEL #. ID AND IO WOULD TELL ME ALOT. IS IT 1 OR PAIR?

After removing the plastic insert that came with it, mine fit a hard plastic ring that was 1.5" diameter by 1/16th" thick.  I use it with a Plantronics headset Model CS55
