This attaches directly to the side of the phone, and then the lift portion sits under the handheld, with double stick tape.  Does this answer the question?  Not sure what you're asking here.

Does this lifter work with the CS 530 wireless headset?

If that is a Plantronics headset, then I would assume yes, and this is more of a technical question than opinion of user type question.  I think NewEgg technical support needs to answer this.

Need to clarify three things:
1.  Is this brand new and not refurbished?
2.  Is this the new item number that replaced 60961-28
3.  Is the cord a right angle not straight?

I am not sure if its a replacement or not, I use it with a CS55 headset, and was having some difficulties "picking up the receiver" which I subsequently remedied by reading the instruction book...:) Not sure if this is helpful but going to the Plantronics site might help you for compatibility issues....
