Will this work with a Avaya 8110 phone?

Yes, it should work fine with the Avaya 8110.  I use it with the Avaya 2410.  You will put this in between the handset and the telephone (i.e. handset connects to the Plantronics and the Plantronics connects to the desk phone).

Can I use this with a cordless phone?

It's strictly just a headset. The range is pretty good, I can even step outside talking on it, while the base is inside the office (about 20-25 feet). Since it doesn't have a keypad or anything, you can only answer and pick up from the side button. Hope this helps!

Can this be connected to landline telephone without headset outlet?

If there is a spot to plug in a handset, you can plug this in there. If you want to use a handset and the headset, you would need something like an electronic hook switch or headset lifter.

This says headset, pictures are all of headset.  Is anything else included at this price?

At least when I bought it, it came with the charging base as well. If you buy an electronic hook to go with this, you can plug that into the base that comes with the headset.

We have not been able to use it transfer calls - just pick up and hang up.
