Is this the full product with all inclusions of what is in the box shown on the plantronics website for this product?

Yes it is, including a spare battery. I have ordered this product for myself and my entire team (8 in total) as we all work remote so are on calls all day from our desk phones, mobile phones and Lync and the Plantronics W745-M Savi works seamlessly with all of them. With the spare battery charger and hot swappable capability (places calls on hold while you change to a fresh battery if needed), I have been on calls for 9+ hours and no issues. Plus, it is a very comfortable ear piece!  All in all, best headset I've ever used
