Can you transfer phone calls with this?

You cannot directly transfer a call using the headset or base. It acts as nothing more than a wireless 'handset' allowing you to answer & end calls, adjust volume and mute your mic. You can transfer a call using a combination of both the headset and the base telephone as you would need it to input the extension#, etc.
