The product title lists the H81, which uses a voice tube. The description and images are for the H81N, plus part of the title describes the H81N's noise-cancellation. Everything weighs heavily in the H81N's favor, but to be sure, which product do I actually get if I order this item?

Its the one with the noise cancelling mouth piece, not the tube. I liked the tube,I had that before. I tend to have issues with customers hearing me with the new noise cancelling piece. All around though this is a worthwhile purchase.

Can this be used with a voip ?

I'm using mine with VOIP, works fine. Just make sure you get the correct coil cable that plugs into the phone and headset.
