NO, there are no lights or other indicators.
This is a basic headset with one mike and one earpiece.
It is great for cordless phones.

Not without an adapter.  Galaxy phones have a 3.5 mm socket but the plantronics headset has a 2.5 mm plug.  Therefore it will require a 2.5 female -> 3.5 male adapter.  There are such adapters, I have two of them.

I can only speak for Macs, but probably for all computers the answer is no. The plug is too small and it's designed for audio both ways, while computers have separate mic and earphone jacks.

Has 2.5 mm male jack.  Not compatible with my Samsung which requires a 3.5 mm.  I have ordered an adapter.  Check to see what your phone requires before ordering.  Good luck.

I am not familiar with Comast Staff # 335, BUT.
This unit is designed for all standard cordless phone handsets. All DECT6 cordless phones have an 2.5mm [SMALLER than headphone jack]. Brands like Panasonic, UNiden,Vtec,   and ATT cordless phones have the proper socket for this headset.
