Are these headsets Bluetooth enabled?

Yes. The base unit can be paired with a cellphone via Bluetooth. The paired cellphone then becomes one of the three top-button options (PC, deskphone, cellphone.)

The headset itself isn't Bluetooth, but rather just uses generic RF communication to the base station. The headset isn't usable by itself... you couldn't use it in your car for instance.

Question 2

I have had this unit since August 20/2012. I am having a problem with my head set cutting out on phone calls. Is there any trouble shooting I can do to resolve this issue? I have checked all connections and all are secure.

I have had mine for about a year and have not experienced that issue, but two things come to mind:  First, the battery may be getting a little weak, so you might want to monitor that with the power monitor function.  Second, you may have a signal strength issue.  There is a low power and high power setting  (it may be referred to as "range" rather than power), so set it to high if you suspect that is an issue.

Will this work with a 4 line phone?   AT&T

So far, it's working with a 3 line Cisco 505 (or 305?) phone. Can't say more than that. It works very well.
