Hello, Can I use this on Dell XPS 600?

It should be compatible with your Dell XPS 600.  You will want to pay attention to the Megahertz rating though.  I had purchased RAM for my HP Notebook (not this RAM since I needed SO-DIMM) and the Megahertz rating was too high for it and as a result it did not play nice with my Notebook, so I ended up exchanging that for the same RAM with a lower Megahertz rating.  If you are not sure what you have currently a good tool to use is RAMMON.  It is free and it will give you the specs of what you are running on your pc.

Intel dg41rq motherboard says it uses pc2 6400 ddr2 which is what this is but when I put it in it just makes 2 beeps then pauses and makes 2 beeps again. Is it something to do with UDIMM vs DIMM? I bought 2 in a dual memory kit.

Hi,
  From looking at the specs for the motherboard and the ram, everything looks like it should work. You might check to see if they are seated correctly.  If they are PNY, they are very reliable ram.  It sounds like the memory is matched if you bought it as a package.  i am thinking it is something other than the ram.  Try them one stick at a time and see what happens.  If you can borrow a stick from another machine or a friends, give that a try.  Sorry I can't be of more help.

Will this memory work in my HP 4600T?

Please provide more information next time but I believe that the HP 4600T supports only DDR2 memory which rules this out.
