I have a Compaq Presario desktop computer SR5030NX.  I currently have corsair PC2-5300 667 MHz 240 PIN DDR2 memory kit in it, but it looks like this would double my memory.  Do you think this would fit in my computer?

According to HPs page for your computer,  which you can get to by googling "compaq SR5030NX", (this page won't let me include links). it looks like you might be able to replace what is in there currently.  I would verify by checking your bios first though.  You can reference how do that by googling "upgrading memory hp support"

Compatible with Mac Pro 4 core 1st generation?

Don't know.  Have no exposure to Macs.  Im assuming you talking about the ram just mentioned.  If not I have no idea what you are talking about.  I don't know what a Mac Pro 4 is.
