Overall it is about 8 3/4 long, but the fan shroud doesn't cover the entire card. It is about 4 1/2 wide and double slot.Measurements are approximate, I didn't 
remove the card to measure.

My purchase of 2 cards was a replacement / upgrade of a systems th is at the end of its upgrade career. Your question asks is it compatible is tech wise yes. But your board is a amd structure which usually does not use nvidia software. It uses radeon cards.
I'm not a pro but I suggest you stay within the structure of the board and buy a radeoncard For forthur aadvice check your motherboard installation manual.

I purchased mine refurbished so I don't have any manuals with it but right now I have one running on a 350 watt psu ... Stable no problems ... And can run all steam games max settings

I have two 'refurbished' cards. they were running on sli. then it stopped.
I found one card is giving gibberish on the screen.
can I send this in to get fixed or replaced by PNY?

I don't know I had bought it for my brother and sent it to Puerto Rico, It was installed but it did not work. It Never Worked It was thrown out. I would never recommend this product to anyone.
