How hot does this card get?

Had this card for a year and it died I recommend you go with a different brand. But to answer your question this card runs very hot playing games like GTA V and Fallout 4 I hit around 84c which is definately acceptable these cards are definately able to run at that temp but the fan would kick up to around 89-93% (using afterburners recommended fan curves). This card is very loud at those speeds cause its a blower style. Less intensive games like CSGO run fairly cool at 52-55c.

Will a GPU water block fitting the Founders Edition fit on this one too?

All information I've found tells me this is the same PCB as the founders edition and you should be able to put a water block made for FE on this.
