Does the WSVGA PNY|VCNRTXA4500-PB A4500 R work well with live streaming and video editing software?

Yes, I use it to power a video editing workstation and it's great. Playback for 4k video in Davinci resolve is really smooth. I wouldn't say it's top end, as the most compressed codecs will still bog this down (think h.265), but it's great for 90% of the video editing I do.

Do you need to use EEC memory with this card? Is it compatible with new Ryzen R9?

The card HAS ECC VRAM on it, but does not require your PC to be using ECC, I am using high end, DDR5, in an AMD 7950X/X670 MB and it all works great! The Nvidia drivers are light years better than the AMD GPU this replaced!
