Does this support 3 Monitors, My computer has 2 that have a HDMI and 1 DVI port ?

No, this will only support two active connections at once.

This is a direct quote from the specs sheet.

That being said, I have been told that you can make three work at once if they are ALL TRUE DisplayPort Monitors.

we have display port to hdmi connector works good. less than 10 $ on ebay or new egg.

Is it gaming capable?

These are not gaming cards, they are production cards.  if you want a gaming card, there are some very powerful cards out there now at a fraction of the cost with similar specs. to answer your question, these will work for gaming.

Will it fit T5400 Workstation?

Yes, My research indicates that T5400's do have a PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot that supports up to 150W. Provided that yours is not already being used, it will work.
