Question 1

I see in the overview it supposedly come with both the low profile and full height bracket but the two reviews of the card said it did not come with the full height bracket.  Which is it?  I need this for full height and don't want to jump through hoops to make it work.  Thanks.

The card I got did not come with a bracket. I called nvidia and they promptly sent me one quickly at no charge. They changed the package to include the bracket however newegg and others may still have stock that doesn't have the bracket. So if it comes without them just give them a call. BTW it's an awesome card!!!

Can you use 2 DisplayPort dongles and 2 DVI dongles at the same time to output to 2 monitors with DisplayPort and 2 monitors with DVI?

depends if your displayport monitors are 4k mst or not.

if all 4 are 1080p or wqhd or so, then you can. if it's displayport or dvi doesn't matter.

because each 4k mst monitor counts as two "screens" you can only have 2 of those connected and hooking up 3rd won't do anything.

I have no idea which video card is best for SolidWorks, Quadro K1200 or FirePro W4300?

The card has worked well so far, I have no complaints.  I am not a 
gamer though.  I would recommend this card for dual monitor systems.

will this item work with an Apple Thunderbolt Display?

It depends. Thunderbolt display was built for a mac with a thunderbolt wire connection. This graphics card has 4 mini display ports. Thunderbolt displays are supposedly backwards compatible with mini display port technology, but it gets complex with finding drivers and display compatibility information from Apple.

I do video editing and am looking for a card that can handle up to and including 4k footage shot on Go Pro cameras. How does this card do when it comes to rendering. I'm looking to replace a 2gig Asus 670 that's a good card just not as stable as it should be.  Basically I need more horsepower and stability. Does this little card have it?
